Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Group

Life can feel overwhelming at times, with stress, anxiety, relationship pressures, loneliness, emotional exhaustion, or simply the sense that you’re carrying too much on your own.

This Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Group offers a safe, welcoming and inclusive space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and with others who understand.

  • This is not therapy.

  • There is no pressure to “fix” anything.

  • There is no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with.

Instead, the group focuses on:

  • Emotional support

  • Practical wellbeing insights

  • Learning through shared experiences

  • Feeling heard, understood, and less alone

You may choose to speak or simply listen: both are equally valuable. Many participants find that clarity and emotional relief often come from hearing others’ stories and realising “I’m not the only one feeling this way.”

Sessions are gently structured and facilitated by a registered counsellor, creating a respectful and supportive environment where participants can engage and benefit over time.
