About Me
My Approach
I understand that seeking therapy is not always easy. Whether you’re struggling with emotional distress, relationship difficulties, or personal transitions, my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore, reflect, and move toward balance.
My counselling style is:
Empathic and collaborative – You are the expert of your own life; I’m here to guide and support.
Evidence-based and practical – Integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed practices.
Holistic and developmental – Addressing not only thoughts and behaviours but also the deeper emotional, relational, and life-stage factors that shape who we are.
At the heart of my work is Cognitive Principle Therapy (CPT), a fourth-wave CBT model that bridges cognitive techniques with Erikson’s psychosocial principles. This approach helps clients explore their identity, understand the “why” behind their patterns, and develop sustainable tools for change.
Who I Work With
I work with clients across a wide range of areas, including:
Trauma, stress, and anxiety
Depression and emotional overwhelm
Addiction and relapse prevention
Anger management and behavioural change
Relationship and communication challenges
Life transitions and identity development
Therapy can be short-term and goal-focused, or open-ended for deeper exploration, depending on your needs. Sessions are available online (video or phone) across Australia and in-person at my Melbourne practice.
My Philosophy
I believe therapy is not just about managing problems...it’s about rediscovering balance, clarity, and confidence in who you are. My role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
Together, we’ll work on:
Building emotional awareness and resilience
Developing practical and healthier ways of coping and communicating
Gaining clarity and insight into your life and relationships
Enhancing overall personal growth and sense of purpose
Through this collaborative process, therapy becomes more than just healing. It becomes an opportunity to reconnect with your values, strengthen your inner resources, and create lasting change.
Let’s Begin
If you’re ready to take the next step toward clarity, calm, and meaningful change, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
Sometimes the smallest step forward can open the door to an entirely new chapter!

"In our therapeutic journey together, I honor the individuality of each person and the unique dynamics of every couple. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you're seeking personal growth or striving to strengthen your relationship, I am here to support you towards a more fulfilling and harmonious life.
Together, we can transform challenges into opportunities for growth, healing, and lasting positive change."
